Peanut butter

Preparation : 15 min

400 g of peanut butter

Ingredients

 

  • 400 g rosted peanuts, unsalted

  • 1/ teaspoon of salt

Preparation

  • Add the peanuts into a food processor

  • Blend for 5-7 minutes. You will notice the peanuts first become thick and crumbly, possibly come together into a ball and then begin to turn into a thick smooth paste

  • Add the salt and blend for another 30-60 seconds

  • Transfer to a glass container and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month
