Ingredients

1 cup of frozen blueberries

1 cup of frozen raspberries

2 tablespoons of chia seeds

1 tablespoon of apple juice
Preparation

Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and let sit at room temperature for about 3 hours

Stir ocassionally for the chia seeds to absorb the juice

Smash with a fork until more juice seeps out

Store in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
