Mixed berry

chia seeds jam

Preparation : 10 min

Leave out of fridge 3 hours after preparation, then store in frigde

Yields: 300 g of jam



  • 1 cup of frozen blueberries

  • 1 cup of frozen raspberries

  • 2 tablespoons of chia seeds

  • 1 tablespoon of apple juice 



  • Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and let sit at room temperature for about 3 hours

  • Stir ocassionally for the chia seeds to absorb the juice

  • Smash with a fork until more juice seeps out

  • Store in a glass container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days
