Chocolate fudge

Preparation

 

  • Break chocolate and place into a heatproof bowl

  • Sit over a pan of barely simmering water (a bain marie) and allow the chocolate to melt, stirring occasionally

  • Remove melted chocolate from heat

  • Combine peanut butter with melted chocolate then  pour into a silicone mold

  • Let sit in the freezer for 1 hour
