Cashew butter

200 g cashew butter
Ingredients

200 g roasted cashews

½ tsp salt, or to taste
Preparation

Add the cashews to the food processor (800 watt is enough), and mixe for about 15 minutes or until creamy, scraping down the sides with a spatula as necessary

Add the salt, and blend for 20-30 seconds

Transfer to a jar, and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month
