Cashew butter

Preparation : 20 min

200 g cashew butter

Ingredients

 

  • 200 g roasted cashews

  • ½ tsp salt, or to taste

Preparation

  • Add the cashews to the food processor (800 watt is enough), and mixe for about 15  minutes or until creamy, scraping down the sides with a spatula as necessary

  • Add the salt, and blend for 20-30 seconds

  • Transfer to a jar, and store in the refrigerator for up to 1 month
