Ingredients

1 cup of fresh or frozen fruits (banana-mango or banana-pineapple)

1/2 avocado

1 cup spinach
-
1/2 to 1 cup of milk (or plant milk)

1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)
-
honey or maple syrup (optional) a small amount

Directions

Add togheter the fruit, avocado, milk and chia seeds to a blender and blend until smooth
-
If the smoothie seems too thick, add more milk
-
Taste and add honey or maple syrup, if desired
-
Top with desired fruits
