Green smoothie

1 serving


  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen fruits (banana-mango or banana-pineapple)

  • 1/2 avocado

  • 1 cup spinach

  • 1/2 to 1 cup of milk (or plant milk)

  • 1 tbsp chia seeds (optional)

  • honey or maple syrup (optional) a small amount


  • Add togheter the fruit,  avocado, milk and chia seeds to a blender and blend until smooth

  • If the smoothie seems too thick, add more milk

  • Taste and add honey or maple syrup, if desired

  • Top with desired fruits
