Berry smoothie

Preparation : 5 min

1-2 servings

Ingredients

  • 1 cup of fresh or frozen berries

  • 1 banana

  • 1/2 to 1 cup of milk (or plant milk)

  • 1/2 avocado

  • honey or maple syrup (optional) a small amount

Preparation

  • Put banana, berries,  avocado and milk in a blender and blend until smooth

  • If the smoothie seems too thick, add more milk

  • Taste and add honey or maple syrup, if desired
