Berry smoothie

Ingredients

1 cup of fresh or frozen berries

1 banana

1/2 to 1 cup of milk (or plant milk)

1/2 avocado
-
honey or maple syrup (optional) a small amount

Preparation

Put banana, berries, avocado and milk in a blender and blend until smooth
-
If the smoothie seems too thick, add more milk
-
Taste and add honey or maple syrup, if desired
